Job Purpose Statement:

Industrial Designer STL will be responsible for the execution of the Design and Development of Motorcycles/scooter/EV/Colour and Graphic projects assigned to his/her team as discussed with the Sections Heads of different sections. He/she will be responsible for ensuring Project Delivery within quality, time & Cost parameters Set for that particular project.

Key Accountabilities:

- Concept design, development & execution of various projects (Motorcycles, Scooters, EVs, Colour-Graphics, Concept/Show Models)
- Ensuring delivery during the 3D/Physical model development as per project stage.
- Maintaining Design standards during the course of the Projects.

Applied Activities:

- DNA carry over during model change
- Character development for explicit distinction
- Understanding of latest trends in industry
- Integrating engineering & design.
- Concept & Final Sketch development

KPIs:



Timely input to Styling Design during concept development.

Key Challenges:

- Understanding target users / market requirements.
- Maintaining Delivery to agreed CTQ standards

Skills and Capabilities:

- Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role - Skills, understanding of market / users requirements.
- Understanding of latest Trends in automotive Industry
- Good Sketching & Visualisation skills, 3D Modelling as an extra benefit

Educational Background: Threshold educational qualifications required to execute the role - M. Des./B. Des

Relevant Experience: Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role - 10+ years experience
