Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Female Sales Executive to join our growing pharmaceutical sales team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through pharmaceutical marketing, territory development, and relationship building with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute territory planning, salesforce activities, and business development initiatives in assigned areas.
>>>>

- Promote and generate prescriptions for products in Cardio -Diabetic, Nephrology, Nutraceutical, and GP/CP segments.
>>

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, chemists, and hospital staff.
>

- Implement Go -to -Market (GTM) and Joint Territory Business (JTB) strategies effectively.
>>>

- Conduct morning and evening field calls to maximize reach and coverage.
>>

- Ensure brand visibility and consistent sales performance.
>





- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B. Sc. / B. Pharma preferred).

- Experience: 0–2 years in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
>>>

- Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
>>

- Other Requirements:

- Must own a two -wheeler with a valid driving license.

- Presentable, confident, and target -oriented personality.

- Robust understanding of pharmaceutical sales dynamics.
