Salary: 6to 10 Lpa

Responsibilities

- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), or General Ledger (GL) functions

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve process goals

- Monitor and control attrition and shrinkage, ensuring optimal team productivity
>>>>
- Review invoices, payments, journal entries, and reconciliations
>>>>
- Ensure timely month -end and year -end closing activities
>>>>
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
>>>>
- Drive process improvements and efficiency in accounting operations
>>>>
- Prepare and review MIS reports and financial data

Requirements




- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B. Com / M. Com / MBA Finance)

- 5+ years of experience in AR, AP, or GL within similar industries
>>>
- Proven experience in team handling and people management
>>>
- Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
>>>
- Experience in managing attrition, shrinkage, and team performance metrics
>>>
- Advanced MS Excel skills
>>>
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
>>>
- Willingness to work in night shift / US shift
