As part of our Property Development team, you’ll identify opportunities and lead a program of development projects on Council-owned land. You’ll guide each project through site selection, feasibility and business case development, planning approvals, tendering, contract administration and construction, keeping cost, delivery and social outcomes in focus.
You’ll bring together internal specialists and external qualified service providers, manage budgets and report on progress, financial performance and emerging risks. Working within a complex contractual and regulatory environment, you’ll apply sound governance, quality assurance and work health and safety practices while finding practical solutions to development challenges.
