What You’ll Own Voice AI Product Strategy ● Own product strategy and roadmap for Voice AI products (e.g., AI receptionists, phone agents, intelligent call routing, automated scheduling, and conversational analytics). ● Define how businesses automate, measure, and elevate customer phone calls and voice interactions. ● Develop capabilities around voice resolution rates, latency optimization, call sentiment, transcriptions, competitive benchmarking, prompt engineering, and emerging Voice AI signals. ● Turn complex conversational AI behaviour, real-time audio streams, and large call datasets into simple, actionable experiences for business operators and marketers. ● Identify opportunities to move beyond basic call handling into proactive voice workflows, automated appointment booking, and multi-channel follow-ups. Customer & Market Development ● Work directly with enterprise customers to understand how they currently handle inbound/outbound voice communications and customer service calls. ● Lead customer discovery, demos, and working sessions around Voice AI capabilities. ● Identify emerging customer problems before they become obvious product categories. ● Maintain a solid understanding of competitors and adjacent products in the broader Voice AI, CCaaS, IVR automation, and AI Agent ecosystem. ● Separate durable customer needs from short-term trends in a rapidly changing market. AI-Native Product Development ● Use AI extensively for research, market analysis, competitive intelligence, data analysis, prompt engineering, conversational flow design, and product discovery. ● Rapidly build POCs and prototypes using AI-assisted development tools and voice frameworks to validate ideas before committing engineering resources.
● Use AI to create PRDs, call flows, conversational trees, evaluation benchmarks, acceptance criteria, test cases, and edge cases. ● Work closely with engineers in an AI-led development environment, using AI coding and testing tools to explore technical approaches and accelerate execution. Data & Voice AI Infrastructure ● Work with Engineering and Data teams on the systems required to process, analyze, and optimize real-time audio streams and voice conversations at scale. ● Develop a strong understanding of LLM latency, STT/TTS accuracy, turn-taking, handling, streaming audio protocols, and the challenges of delivering human-like voice experiences reliably. ● Help determine which metrics are meaningful (e.g., containment rate, first-call resolution, voice sentiment, latency, call accuracy) as the Voice AI ecosystem evolves. What You Bring ● 5+ years of product management experience, ideally building products in Voice AI, Conversational AI, Telephony, CCaaS, IVR, or an adjacent SaaS/AI category. ● Experience building software for Automotive, Healthcare, Dental, or Home Services is a plus. ● Strong understanding of Voice AI, STT/TTS models, Voice Agents, LLMs, real-time audio processing, and low-latency architecture. ● Experience building data-driven B2B SaaS products for enterprise customers. ● Strong technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, analytics, and AI/ML concepts. ● Comfortable working directly with customers and leading product discovery. ● Demonstrated ability to use AI for research, requirements, analysis, prototyping, and POCs. ● Comfortable collaborating with engineers in an AI-assisted development environment. ● Strong product judgment and ability to operate effectively with incomplete information.
