KEY RESPONISIBILITIES o Catering to Existing & Current customers o Sales Coordination with India team and customers of Dubai Branch o Knowledge of Export/Import Documentation o Generating new leads in both Gulf Region and other markets o Converting leads into sales o Experience on Key Accounts Management – Customer Relationship Management o Meeting customers on regular basis as per business requirements o Primary commercial negotiation with customers o Achieving sales targets of Dubai Branch o Ensuring timely receipt of payments from customers o Internal & External coordination for timely delivery of product to customers o Shipment planning with customers – Tracking Customer OTIF o Sales & Trade Data MIS and presenting to Management o Regular presentations to management on Development, Initiative, Market, Competition etc. Key Skills and Attributes o Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point. Analytical Skills o Communication Skills
- Oral, Written both o Interpersonal Skills
- Relationship Building and Management o Negotiation Skills o Experience of Chemical Sales in B2B Segment – preferably with Oil Field Customers o Knowledge of Working on SAP S&D; Module CANDIDATE PROFILE:
