As a DSA Manager in Rajkot, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and activating Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), connectors, and local channel partners to drive Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business across the Rajkot region.
Key Responsibilities • Partner Onboarding & Management: Empanel and activate recent DSAs, builders, and connectors in Rajkot and surrounding areas.
- Business Sourcing:
Drive high-volume file logins and lead conversion for Home Loans and LAP targeting primary market and informal income segments.
- Channel Engagement: Maintain daily coordination with active DSAs, share product updates, and resolve payout/processing bottlenecks.
- End-to-End File Coordination: Liaise between DSAs, applicants, and internal Credit, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure seamless disbursement.
- Portfolio Quality: Ensure preliminary screening of files for creditworthiness and high login to-disbursement ratios.
Requirements &
Qualifications • Experience: 1.3 years of experience managing DSA channels, connectors, or direct sales in Home Loans/LAP/Mortgages.
- Geographic Knowledge: Strong local network of DSAs and connectors across the Rajkot market.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, channel management, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
