Experience: 5 to 8 years

Job Purpose

Drive regional business growth through distributor development, farmer engagement, product promotion, field demonstrations and achievement of regional sales targets.

Sales & Distribution: Achieve monthly/annual targets; appoint and manage distributor/dealer networks; drive secondary sales; and ensure strict timely payment collections.

Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the regional field sales team; set performance targets; and conduct joint field visits to ensure high team productivity.

Farmer Engagement & Technical Marketing: Organize farmer meetings and product demonstrations; establish demo plots; and train dealers/farmers on proper product usage.

Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor competitor activity/pricing, identify new crop opportunities, and maintain accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasts and reports.

Field Engagement (15 to 20 days/month): Extensive daily market visits to meet channel partners, conduct farmer demos,



activate inactive distributors, and follow up on orders/collections.

Key KPIs: Sales target achievement, new distributor appointments, secondary sales growth, team productivity, active dealer productivity, and collection efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills: MBA/MSc (Agribusiness/Marketing) with 58 years in agri-inputs. Requires robust team leadership, relationship management, technical presentation, and negotiation skills, plus a willingness to travel extensively.
