Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Radiology Medical Coder with 1–3 years of experience in radiology coding. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of radiology terminology, diagnostic imaging procedures, anatomy, medical coding guidelines, and ICD-10-CM/CPT coding.

The candidate must be CPC certified and capable of accurately reviewing radiology reports, interpreting medical documentation, and assigning appropriate codes in accordance with established coding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and interpret radiology reports, medical records, and clinical documentation for accurate coding.
- Assign appropriate CPT and ICD-10-CM codes for radiology procedures and diagnostic imaging services.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of radiology terminology, procedures, and diagnostic imaging techniques.
- Understand different radiology modalities, including X-ray, CT Scan, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, and Fluoroscopy.
- Identify and accurately code radiology procedures based on physician documentation.
- Understand anatomy, medical terminology, and radiology-specific abbreviations.
- Apply coding guidelines, including CPT, ICD-10-CM,



and applicable official coding standards.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or unclear documentation and report discrepancies for clarification.
- Ensure coding accuracy, productivity, and quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in Medical Coding, preferably in Radiology Coding.
- CPC certification from AAPC is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of radiology terminology and diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Good understanding of CPT and ICD-10-CM coding.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Ability to review and interpret radiology reports accurately.
- Understanding of radiology coding guidelines and documentation requirements.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with medical coding software.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
