Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design &

- Implementation :
- End-to-End Implementation : Lead requirement gathering sessions, translate client business needs into functional specifications, perform application configurations, and deliver robust solution designs.
- Manufacturing Cloud Management : Oversee configuration and operational setup for Work Orders, Work Execution, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routings, and Shop Floor Operations.
- Integrated SCM Modules : Configure, integrate, and support connected SCM tracks, including Inventory Management, Cost Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Quality Management.
- Process Alignment : Map complex business processes to standard Oracle Fusion SCM best practices to optimize supply chain and manufacturing operations.

Testing, Analytics &

- Support :
- Testing &
- Deployment : Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover activities, and post-go-live hypercare support.
- Reporting &
- Analytics : Design, build, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and operational metrics using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve complex functional issues, work requests,



and system enhancements in a timely manner.

Stakeholder &

- Client Management :
- Client Engagement : Act as a key functional point of contact for clients, key business users, and internal project managers.
- Stakeholder Alignment : Facilitate solution walkthroughs, training sessions, and workshops for business stakeholders to ensure high adoption rates.

Technical &

- Functional Qualifications :

Experience Requirements :

- Minimum 4 years of dedicated functional experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud solutions.
- Strong, hands-on functional expertise across the following core modules :

Manufacturing

Cloud (Work Orders, Work Execution, BOM, Routings)

2.

Inventory

Management

- Cost Management

4.

Product Lifecycle

Management (PLM)

5.

Quality

Management

- Deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes (Plan-to-Produce, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay integration).
- Proven track record building reports using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence);

experience with BI Publisher is a plus.
