Title: Product Manager – Content & Community

Location: Aerocity, Delhi

Reports to: Senior leadership

Compensation: ₹50–55 LPA

About the Hiring Company – Name will be revealed to shortlisted candidates only after evaluating fit A leading media and entertainment company with a strong presence in radio broadcasting, digital podcasting and content production, expanding its digital entertainment business in India and international markets.

The Role

- We are looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap for content- and community-led product experiences across India and international markets.
- You will work closely with Content, Growth and Engineering, reporting to senior leadership.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product roadmap for content discovery, consumption, community, personalization and monetization features.
- Drive user research, A/B testing and data-driven prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with Content, Growth and Engineering teams.
- Understand market differences between Indian and international users, including language, payments, cultural preferences and device constraints.

What We're Looking For

- Built content-led or community-led consumer products as a Product Manager.
- Owned the product roadmap for content discovery, personalization or community features.




- Built or owned monetization features for a consumer product.
- Ran A/B tests and user research to prioritize product decisions.

Must Haves:

- Built products for international markets, or for both India and international users.
- Worked on a digital entertainment, media or content app.
- Drove engagement, retention or session-time metrics for a consumer product.
