Amphenol FCI India is hiring a Process Quality Engineer for our Kochi, Kerala location. The role covers in-process quality control, defect prevention and process capability monitoring in mass production.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage process quality control and defect prevention in mass production
- Implement and maintain PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram and Work Instructions
- Monitor process rejection, rework, scrap and process capability (Cp/Cpk)
- Raise product quality concerns with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Tool Room, Supplier Quality) and drive issues to closure
Candidate Profile
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 5–8 years of experience in process quality in a mass production setting
- Hands-on experience with PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow and Work Instructions
- Experience monitoring rejection, rework, scrap and process capability
- Good communication skills, with the confidence to raise quality concerns with cross-functional teams
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
