Are you a Certified Passive House Verifier (Phius) that would also like to learn and expand into Building Commissioning (Cx) for HVAC and Enclosure systems?! Then read further and apply....

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, architecture, construction technology, or similar.
- 2+ years of experience as a Certified Passive House Verifier (Phius), including HERS ratings on multifamily buildings.
- Certifying projects under ENERGY STAR Homes / Multifamily Recent Construction, Indoor AirPLUS, and Zero Energy Ready Homse.
- Performing take-offs on enclosure, MEP, and lighting systems.
- Performing on-site inspections and testing, including blower door, duct leakage, and ventilation testing using diagnostic testing equipment.
- Energy analysis/benchmarking and energy modeling software. Experience with eQuest, EnergyPlus, OpenStudio, WUFI, and THERM a plus.

- Ability to lead the verification process and projects.
- Access to reliable transportation and a clean driving license.
- Ability to pass a background and CORI check.

Preferred Qualifications

- Technical knowledge of HVAC and building enclosure systems.

Compensation &

Benefits

- Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience.
- Profit-sharing bonus plan (eligible after 3rd quarter of employment)
