We are looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Manager with proven experience in Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services, or B2B technology sales. The ideal candidate will have strong outbound sales expertise, the ability to generate qualified business opportunities, and a demonstrated track record of managing sales pipelines and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business acquisition for Cybersecurity and Managed IT Services.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified B2B leads and business opportunities.
- Identify, prospect, qualify, nurture, and convert potential clients, including enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, networking, referrals, and other outbound channels.
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions to understand business requirements.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with technical teams to recommend suitable IT and cybersecurity solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and ensure accurate, timely updates in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and proposals to support successful deal closures.
- Track sales performance, monitor pipeline progress, and consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Research target markets, identify potential business opportunities,



and stay informed about industry trends.

Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services, IT Services, or related B2B technology sales.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and new business development.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity services, and managed IT offerings.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Strong prospecting, cold-calling, negotiation, objection-handling, and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and client-management abilities.
- Ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to US or other international markets.
- Existing experience working with enterprise clients or decision-makers.
- Familiarity with MSP business models, IT consulting, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience managing outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
