Position: Medical Social Worker

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients who approach the Trust for financial or medical assistance

Understand each case on a case-by-case basis and process applications accordingly, in line with Trust policies

Complete all required formalities, including verification of patient documents

Maintain physical records and files in a systematic and organized manner

Scan documents and maintain accurate electronic records Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, as required, for case processing

Demonstrate a transparent understanding of Medical Trust operations and procedures





Handle other miscellaneous office-related tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in the field
- Degree or Diploma in Medical Social Work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
