Mechanical Maintenance Manager (Greenfield Project Experience)

Job Summary

Looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Manager with strong Greenfield project exposure. The role involves overseeing installation, commissioning, and complete mechanical maintenance operations to ensure maximum equipment uptime, reliability, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead erection, installation, and commissioning of plant machinery during Greenfield phase.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement root cause analysis (RCA).
- Manage maintenance team, contractors, and spare parts inventory.
- Monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and audit readiness.




- Handle utilities (boilers, chillers, HVAC, piping systems) and ETP/STP maintenance.
- Drive reliability improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare and maintaining Maintenance Budget

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, rotating & static equipment.
- Experience in extrusion process and machinery preferred.
- Hands-on experience in TPM, RCM, and CMMS.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
