Handle end-to-end loan documentation and file processing. Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions. Collect and verify customer KYC and financial documents. Follow up on loan login, approval, sanction and disbursement.

Coordinate with sales executives and customers for pending documents. Maintain daily MIS and update loan application status Must have prior experience in the Loan Industry (DSA / Bank / NBFC). Knowledge of Home Loans, LAP and Business Loans preferred.

Positive communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
