Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test and implement software solutions involving Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Work on algorithms, data structures, mathematical models and problem-solving applications.
- Explore and implement AI/ML models for practical, real-world use cases.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools and development agents to improve engineering productivity.
- Review, test, debug and validate AI-generated code rather than relying on automated outputs without verification.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and product teams to translate requirements into reliable software solutions.
- Understand complex business and user workflows and contribute to building dependable technology products.
- Continuously explore emerging AI/ML technologies, tools and development methodologies.

Candidate Profile :

- B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science,



Computer Engineering, AI/ML or related disciplines from IITs with 7 - 12 years of experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, Java or other relevant languages.
- Excellent understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Mathematics and logical problem-solving.
- Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and related technologies.
- Familiarity with AI development tools, LLMs and AI-assisted coding platforms will be an advantage.
- Academic projects, internships, research work, GitHub contributions or competitive programming achievements demonstrating technical ability will be valued.
- High initiative, independent thinking, learning agility and the ability to work on challenging technical problems.
