Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Core Java Developer to join our team for an opportunity with Jio. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on coding skills and experience in developing scalable backend applications, microservices, multithreading, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and enhance microservices-based applications.
- Implement multithreading and concurrency concepts for high-performance applications.
- Work on Java I/O, networking, JVM internals, and memory management.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and problem-solving activities.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java.
- Good experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Strong understanding of Multithreading and Concurrency.
- Knowledge of Java I/O and Networking.
- Understanding of JVM internals, Garbage Collection, and Memory Management.
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
- Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform hands-on coding assessments.





Eligibility Criteria
- 5–10 years of relevant Java development experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of Core Java and backend development.
- Candidates should be comfortable with technical interviews and live coding assessments.
- Relevant educational qualifications in Computer Science, IT, or a related field are preferred.

Note: Compensation will be based on current CTC, interview performance, and relevant experience. Salary revision of approximately 20% is targeted, with flexibility up to 30% for suitable candidates.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
