Company Description Infinity Quality Services (IQS) is a leading India-based provider of Inspection and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) services, supporting clients across major industrial sectors. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ITI Fresher role based in Panihati. The ITI Fresher will support inspection and NDE activities under the guidance of senior technicians, including preparation of materials, tools, and equipment for daily jobs.

Responsibilities include assisting in basic testing activities, maintaining inspection records, following safety procedures, and ensuring proper handling and storage of instruments.



The role involves learning and applying standard operating procedures, participating in on-the-job training, and supporting the team in field inspections at client locations. The ITI Fresher will collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- ITI qualification in a relevant trade (e.g., Fitter, Turner, Mechanical, Electrical, Welding, or similar technical discipline).
- Basic understanding of industrial safety practices and willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times.
- Ability to learn and support Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and inspection procedures under supervision.
- Comfort with fieldwork, including working in industrial environments and at customer sites.
- Good observational skills, attention to detail, and ability to record data accurately.
- Basic communication skills in English and local language to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Willingness to work in a structured, process-driven setting and adapt to training and skill development programs.
- Previous vocational training or internship experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or quality inspection is an advantage but not mandatory.
