Hiring: IT Product Manager – Distribution & Warehouse Management

We are looking for an experienced IT Product Manager with strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Distribution, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, Business Product Owners, Technical Product Owners, and IT delivery teams to ensure successful execution of technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT product delivery and coordinate with business and technical teams.
- Translate business requirements into product features, initiatives, and actionable delivery plans.
- Manage project timelines, scope, priorities, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with Business Product Owners and Technical Product Owners.
- Drive stakeholder communication, governance meetings, and delivery status updates.
- Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities across supply chain and distribution operations.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 7 years of experience in IT Product Management, IT Project Management, or Technology Delivery.




- Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Distribution operations.
- Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- End-to-end understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.
- Experience working with ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS, or related enterprise applications.
- Robust stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans.
- Experience managing delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and priorities.

Good to Have

- Experience with Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or Oracle WMS.
- Background in Retail, Manufacturing, Wholesale, Logistics, Distribution, or eCommerce.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- PMP, Scrum, Agile, or Product Management certifications.

Important Note

This is primarily a Product Coordination and Delivery Management role, not a hands-on technical architecture or solution design position.
