Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable IT Trainer / Faculty who is passionate about technology and education. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and interactive training sessions for school students and teachers.

The ideal candidate should have valuable technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex IT concepts for learners of different age groups.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct IT, Artificial Intelligence, and digital skills training sessions for school students and teachers.
- Deliver hands-on workshops, training programmes, and practical learning activities.
- Teach AI tools, prompt engineering, basic programming, and digital creativity.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, training materials, and practical assignments.
- Guide students in developing AI-assisted projects and creative digital solutions.
- Conduct faculty development and technology training programmes for teachers.
- Adapt teaching methods according to different age groups and learning levels.
- Support the development of new courses, workshops, and educational content.
- Evaluate student participation, learning progress, and project outcomes.
- Coordinate with schools and the internal team to ensure effective programme delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Good understanding of IT fundamentals and emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and applications.
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other productivity tools.
- Basic knowledge of programming, digital tools, and educational technology.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Willingness to travel to schools and training locations when required.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in teaching, training, or conducting workshops.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted content creation.
- Familiarity with tools for presentations, image generation, video creation, and productivity.
- Ability to develop practical projects and activity-based learning sessions.
