Role Description This is a full-time, in office Insurance Professional role based in Chandigarh.

The Insurance

Professional will work with customers to understand their protection and financial needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and support them through the application and policy issuance process. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining policy features, benefits, and exclusions, handling queries and service requests, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role involves collaborating with branch teams to drive insurance sales, meeting assigned targets,



and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.

The Insurance

Professional will also monitor policy renewals, follow up on outstanding requirements, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to understand and address diverse customer needs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in clear, simple language.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products (life, health, general) and an understanding of risk, protection, and financial planning principles.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in handling documentation, policy forms, and data entry with accuracy.
- Ability to work with sales targets, manage time effectively, and collaborate with branch and cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with using computer systems, CRM tools, and standard office software for daily operations and reporting.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; relevant certifications in insurance or finance would be an added advantage.
