Job Responsibilities
- Permanent Residency (PR) visa and work visa services for various countries. If have knowledge for specifically Canada, Australia & Europe, work Visas & PR(Permanent Residence Visa) will be an added advantage.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and chats to convert filtered leads into sales.
- Understand client requirements and explain relevant immigration services.
- Follow up with prospective clients, handle queries, and close sales.
- Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and sales updates on the CRM portal.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–7 years of sales experience or above; immigration or visa sales experience preferred.
- Experience in selling Canada and Australia PR/work visa services will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls and chat processes.
- Robust sales orientation, target-driven approach, and ability to convert leads into clients.
Key Requirement: We are looking for a sales-focused candidate who can effectively convert provided leads into business and consistently achieve monthly targets.
