? Work Mode: On-site | 6 Days a Week

? ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced and agile GM – Finance & Accounts to lead the complete finance and accounting operations of our steel manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will drive financial planning, cost optimisation, statutory compliance, cash flow management and strategic financial decision-making.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead overall finance and accounting operations.

Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports.

Monitor production costs, raw material consumption and inventory.

Manage cash flow, banking and working capital.

Ensure GST, Income Tax and Companies Act compliance.

Coordinate statutory and internal audits.





Oversee high-value payments and financial controls.

Support management in strategic financial decisions.

Lead and mentor the finance team.

? CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

CA preferred.

10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.

Manufacturing industry experience essential; steel industry preferred.

Strong expertise in costing, taxation, financial reporting and compliance.

Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.

Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
