Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our Inside Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales. ###
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
* Communicate with customers in Hindi and English.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
* Follow up with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
* Maintain a positive relationship with customers and handle their queries professionally.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
* Coordinate with the sales team for customer onboarding and closures. ### Eligibility & Requirements
* Any Graduate can apply.
* Freshers with graduation and 50%+ marks can apply if they have excellent communication skills.
* Hindi and English are mandatory.
* Fluent verbal communication and good interpersonal skills.
* Confident and comfortable making outbound sales calls.
* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
* Target-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
