Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker role based in Noida.

The Freight

Broker will source and manage freight opportunities, negotiate rates with carriers and shippers, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of loads.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining account relationships, coordinating with dispatch and operations teams, and providing proactive customer service and shipment updates. The role involves monitoring shipments, resolving transit issues, and supporting customs and documentation processes as needed.

The Freight

Broker will also identify new business opportunities,



maintain accurate records in logistics systems, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills, including rate negotiation and carrier sourcing.
- Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Dispatching skills to coordinate loads, schedules, and route planning with carriers and drivers.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to develop, retain, and grow shipper and carrier relationships.
- Working knowledge of domestic and international freight operations, documentation, and basic customs processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
- Comfort with logistics software, TMS platforms, and standard office tools (e.g., Excel, email, CRM systems).
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding is preferred; relevant certification or a diploma/degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
