ABOUT US

Beyond Goofy runs performance marketing for healthcare, D2C and fitness brands, the categories most agencies get banned in. We're founder-led with a small team, and we've built our own AI systems to do the busywork. Each client has its own AI assistant that pulls Meta and Google Ads numbers, drafts reports and dashboards, flags spend and CAC shifts, and helps with bulk ad launches and edits.

Other assistants handle invoicing, proposals, company documents, new-client prospecting, LinkedIn content and client Slack replies. The team spends its time on strategy, creative and clients, not spreadsheets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work directly with the founder

- Sit in on founder decisions across strategy, operations, sales and hiring, and own the follow-through.
- Run the weekly priorities list. Track what's open, chase blockers and make sure nothing slips.
- Prepare briefs, notes and next steps for client and partner calls.

Run and improve our AI operating system

- Work hands-on with our AI assistants every day. Give them tasks, review what they produce, and catch mistakes before anything reaches a client.
- Find work that's still done by hand (reporting, onboarding checklists, invoicing follow-ups, creative tracking) and turn it into a repeatable automation or a written process.
- Keep our playbooks, client notes, Sheets and templates clean and up to date so both people and AI can reuse them.
- Watch how much our tools cost and use, and look for ways to do the same work cheaper.

Client servicing support





- Help run client accounts across our healthcare, D2C and fitness brands: track deliverables, prepare performance reviews and follow up on approvals.
- Check AI-generated reports and dashboards for accuracy before they go out.
- Learn the compliance rules for health advertising on Meta and Google, and help keep ad copy and landing pages policy-safe.

Business development

- Research prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and prepare proposals, decks and pitch material with our AI tools.
- Build lead magnets and playbooks (like our India health-ads playbook) and help run the funnels behind them.

Building the team

- Write job posts, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and run onboarding for current hires.
- Build training plans and SOPs so new people get up to speed fast.

Ad-hoc projects

- Jump into whatever matters that week: a new client launch, a pricing test, a website change or an internal tool.

WHO YOU ARE

- You take full ownership, think like a generalist and are comfortable with ambiguity.
- You communicate clearly and think analytically. You're comfortable with numbers like CPL, CAC and ROAS, and you write clean, simple copy.
- You're curious about AI tools and enjoy getting them to do real work: writing good prompts, checking outputs and fixing what breaks. No coding needed, but it's a plus.
- You're organised, keep a tight to-do list and follow up without being chased.
- You're good with Google Sheets, Docs and Slack.

NICE TO HAVE

- A previous internship at a FinTech, D2C or health-tech company.
- Exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads or no-code automation tools.
