Supervise daily finishing operations and ensure smooth production activities. Manage workers and allocate duties as per production requirements. Ensure proper finishing, polishing, sanding, and surface quality of products.
Monitor product quality and ensure finished products meet company standards. Coordinate with the production and quality departments to resolve operational issues. Maintain daily production reports, rejection reports, and worker attendance.
Ensure minimum wastage of raw materials and consumables. Monitor machine operations and ensure proper maintenance.
