We're looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern who is willing to take ownership, coordinate with customers and vendors, understand procurement, negotiate smartly and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What will you do?

- Customer Experience: Coordinate with customers, understand their requirements and ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience.
- Vendor Management: Identify, communicate and coordinate with vendors and service partners.
- Procurement & Negotiation: Understand pricing, collect quotations, compare offers and negotiate for the best deals.
- Operations Management: Coordinate installations, service requests and day-to-day operational activities.
- Problem Solving: Take ownership of challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps and suggest better ways to improve operational efficiency.
