Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects
- Gather requirements and configure the ERP system
- Train customer teams on the platform
- Manage timelines and deliverables
- Provide post-go-live support
Requirements
- 2-4 years in ERP/software implementation
- Understanding of accounting, inventory, or manufacturing workflows
- Excellent client communication skills
- Ability to travel to client sites
- Experience with project management tools
