We are working towards building partnerships with NGOs, CSR organisations, educational institutions and foundations to extend technology-enabled learning and examination preparation opportunities to students.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, proactive and highly communicative professional to drive our education partnerships and outreach initiatives.

The role involves identifying potential NGO and CSR partners, approaching key decision-makers, presenting our educational initiatives, arranging meetings and developing meaningful institutional relationships.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, interacting with people, making presentations and exploring partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential NGOs, CSR organisations, foundations and education-focused institutions.

Research organisations and identify relevant decision-makers.

Initiate outreach through telephone calls, emails, LinkedIn and professional networks.

Present SYG EdTech’s initiatives and demonstrate the Expertpedia platform.





Arrange meetings with NGO directors, CSR heads, program managers and other stakeholders.

Explore opportunities to implement student learning and examination practice programs through NGO and CSR partnerships.

Build and maintain professional relationships with potential partners.

Conduct presentations, product demonstrations and follow-up meetings.

Maintain prospect databases, meeting records and outreach reports.

Coordinate with internal teams for partnership discussions and pilot program implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

MBA or any graduate degree.

1–2 years of relevant professional experience.

Preference for candidates with experience in EdTech, NGOs, CSR organisations, corporate outreach, institutional engagement or relationship management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Solid presentation, interpersonal and convincing abilities.

Confidence in interacting with senior professionals and decision-makers.

Good networking and relationship-building skills.

Ability to identify the right prospects, initiate conversations and arrange meetings.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.





Willingness to travel for meetings and institutional visits.

This is an Education Partnerships and Outreach role, not a conventional sales role.

There are no individual sales-closing or revenue targets. However, consistent outreach, identifying relevant organisations, arranging qualified meetings, delivering presentations and developing partnership opportunities are essential expectations.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Starting at ₹20,000+ per month, depending on experience and suitability.
