Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to promote Springfield Properties and its listings. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bangalore Rural and involves managing social media channels, coordinating email and online advertising campaigns, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across digital platforms. The specialist will monitor and analyze web and campaign performance data, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to increase engagement and lead generation.





Daily responsibilities include content planning for digital channels, collaborating with sales and listing teams, and staying current with digital marketing trends relevant to the real estate market.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, with experience running integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including content planning, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, with the ability to interpret data, create reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
