- Digital Ergonomic Analysis: Perform DPA5 digital ergonomic analyses across all target Powertrain regions. Provide virtual build support using specialized software tools, including Teamcenter, Vismockup, and Process Simulate.
- Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify, track, and resolve ergonomic risks early in the Powertrain program. Conduct physical ergonomic assessments at plant workstations when digital data is insufficient or physical validation is required.
- Ergonomic Methodology: Apply standard industry and company-approved ergonomic evaluation methods, including LBA, RULA, SSP, and ASE.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Manufacturing Engineering teams. Ensure all deliverables are completed on time to meet key project milestones.
- Global Coordination: Coordinate with global counterparts to share status updates, conduct design reviews, and gather feedback on assigned programs.
- Reporting & Tracking: Support Virtual Builds.



Maintain and report program status using standard tracking documents (covering inputs, open issues, and completed outputs) to provide accurate progress updates to leadership.
