About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Analytics Leader to own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and data engineering engagements for clients in the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) industry, with a focus on capital markets or retail banking. You will lead and grow a multidisciplinary delivery team and act as the primary delivery contact for business and technical stakeholders. You will ensure high-quality, timely outcomes using Agile delivery practices.

Key responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, Generative/Agentic AI and data engineering programs, from scoping and solution design through deployment and adoption.
- Lead,



mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, data engineers, MLOps engineers, and analysts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client business and technical stakeholders, managing expectations, risks, escalations and executive communication.
- Drive delivery governance using Agile methodology, including sprint planning, backlog management, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Translate business problems into scalable analytics solutions, for example:
- Ensure solutions meet BFS regulatory, model risk management, data governance and explainability expectations.
- Partner with internal solutioning and practice teams to identify new opportunities and grow the account.

Required skills & qualifications:

- 15+ years of hands-on delivery experience across the analytics value chain, including managing multidisciplinary teams of DS, DE, MLOps and related roles.
- Proven experience delivering analytics, AI/ML or data engineering solutions in the BFS industry, with specialization in capital markets or retail banking.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML and Agentic AI capabilities in BFS, such as risk and fraud modeling, time-series and market data analytics, NLP/GenAI for document and conversational use cases, and AI copilots for front-office and operations teams.
- Working knowledge of BFS regulatory and governance considerations (e.g., model risk management, data privacy, AML/KYC, and regulatory reporting requirements).
- Proficiency in delivering projects using Agile methodology with Jira or similar tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and articulation skills.
- Experience managing multiple business and technical client stakeholders in a matrix workplace, commensurate with experience.
