Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications effectively support organizational objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and enhance application features is a key part of your routine, along with continuous evaluation and adjustment of the software to maintain optimal performance and relevance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and update existing applications to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project requirements and technical challenges.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing SAP HCM Time Management modules to meet business needs.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to time management processes within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions within SAP HCM.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP HCM Time Management and other SAP modules or external systems.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
