Ignite Minds is looking for a motivated, confident person to join our team in Durg / Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. If you enjoy talking to students, communicate well and care about education, counselling and personality development, we’d like to hear from you.

Position: Counselling & Training Intern

Location: Durg / Bhilai, Chhattisgarh (on-site)

Qualification: 12th pass or above

Experience: Freshers welcome

What you’ll be doing

- Interacting with students and giving them basic guidance
- Coordinating with schools, colleges and NGOs
- Assisting in workshops and training sessions
- Supporting personality development and skill enhancement programmes
- Helping organise educational activities and student engagement initiatives





What we’re looking for
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with students
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Genuine interest in counselling, training and student development
