Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cofounder with investment role located in Odisha, India. The Cofounder will collaborate on defining the company’s vision, business model, and growth strategy, while actively participating in key decisions across operations, finance, and marketing. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, supporting property acquisition and development planning, and building relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.

The role involves overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, guiding research and analysis to inform strategic choices, and helping establish processes, policies, and performance metrics. The Cofounder will also contribute capital, monitor return on investment,



and work closely with other stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth and brand reputation.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret market data, financial projections, and operational metrics.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, partners, investors, and internal teams.
- Proven sales skills and experience in converting leads, negotiating deals, and managing customer relationships.
- Marketing skills to develop and execute campaigns, build brand awareness, and support digital and offline outreach.
- Research skills to assess market trends, competitor activity, and potential investment opportunities.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience in building or scaling a business preferred.
- Comfort with making data-informed decisions in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Odisha, India and commit to a long-term, full-time engagement.
- Background in real estate, construction, finance, or business management is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
