Qualification : PG Graduate with Hospitals Administration

Experience : 7 to 10 years

Location : Gachibowli, Telangana

Job Descripition :

- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations and administration of the hospital.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Coordinate with the CEO, Medical Director, Nursing Superintendent, and Department Heads.
- Monitor OPD, IPD, Emergency, Labour Room, OT, NICU, PICU, IVF, and diagnostic services.
- Ensure optimum utilization of hospital infrastructure, manpower, beds, and medical equipment.
- Develop and implement hospital policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols.
- Monitor daily patient admissions, discharges, transfers, and bed occupancy.
- Ensure adequate availability of doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff.
- Monitor departmental performance and ensure achievement of operational targets.
- Improve patient flow, reduce waiting time, and ensure timely discharge.
