Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and performance of Fimansy Consulting and supporting key client engagements. The CFO will lead the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital planning, while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, monitoring key performance indicators, managing risk, and maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with applicable regulations.

The role involves partnering with senior leadership to shape business strategy, evaluate investments, and support long-term growth initiatives,



as well as presenting financial insights and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders. The CFO will also mentor finance team members, improve financial processes and systems, and contribute to building a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong finance and financial planning skills, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
- Expertise in financial statements and financial reporting, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and performance measurement.
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably as CFO or equivalent in consulting or professional services.
- Qualified qualification such as CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, and internal controls in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and client stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and develop diverse teams.
- Proficiency with financial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel or financial analysis tools.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, transparency, and delivering measurable impact.
