: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve company revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate revenue.

Develop and implement effective business development strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Identify new markets, customers, and business expansion opportunities.

Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into business.

Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business agreements with clients.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Prepare regular sales reports, business forecasts, and performance updates.





Lead and guide the business development team to achieve organizational goals.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or MBA from a recognized institution.

Experience

6–10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Business Development.

Experience in client acquisition, B2B sales, and business expansion will be preferred.
