Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur, responsible for overseeing daily operations, academic delivery, and business performance of the branch. This role involves managing staff schedules and performance, ensuring high-quality training standards, and maintaining excellent learner experience and satisfaction.

The Branch

Manager will handle admissions and enrollment processes, monitor revenue and cost targets, and support local marketing and outreach activities to grow the branch.



The role also includes coordinating with central leadership on policies and process implementation, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines, and preparing regular reports on branch performance and student outcomes. Building and maintaining relationships with learners, parents, partners, and local stakeholders is an essential part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in branch management, center administration, or education operations leadership with strong people management and team-building skills.
- Solid background in sales and customer relationship management, including handling inquiries, converting leads, and supporting learner retention.
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities, with experience in scheduling, resource allocation, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with learners, parents, trainers, and senior management.
- Comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms, basic data analysis, and reporting for monitoring performance and making decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, education, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications is an advantage.
- Experience in the education, test preparation, or training sector, ideally with exposure to international exams and healthcare professional training, is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, uphold quality standards, and maintain ethical and inclusive practices.
