The Billing Executive is responsible for managing patient billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely generation of bills, processing payments, handling insurance and cashless transactions, and maintaining proper billing records. The role requires strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and effective communication to ensure smooth patient billing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and generate accurate bills for OP, IP, emergency, and other hospital services.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
- Verify patient details, service entries, charges, and applicable tariffs before billing.
- Coordinate with clinical departments, front office, insurance, and accounts teams regarding billing discrepancies.
- Process insurance and cashless billing documentation in coordination with the insurance department.
- Handle patient billing enquiries and clarify billing-related concerns professionally.




- Ensure timely discharge billing and final bill settlement.
- Maintain accurate billing records, receipts, and daily transaction reports.
- Perform cash reconciliation and submit daily billing reports.
- Follow hospital billing policies, financial procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Educational Qualification
- Any Degree / B.Com / relevant qualification.
- Knowledge of computer applications and MS Office is preferred.

Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in hospital billing or healthcare-related billing is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
