We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Technical Operations to monitor our industrial solar PV systems and ensure every fault is identified and resolved on time. You will ensure high standards of efficiency and reliability across our solar power plants.

Responsibilities

- Monitor industrial solar PV systems, inverters and plant performance through SCADA and remote monitoring platforms.
- Identify faults, alarms, communication failures and performance deviations, and coordinate fixes with the technical and O&M; teams.
- Track energy generation, uptime, downtime and recurring faults to improve performance.
- Escalate critical incidents, follow up on complaints and coordinate preventive maintenance within SLAs.
- Maintain monitoring logs, incident records and daily performance reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronics, Energy or a similar engineering field.
- 3–5 years of experience in solar.
- Hands-on experience with SCADA and inverter monitoring platforms.
- Strong reporting and coordination skills.
