We have an opening for Assistant Commercial Manager in a Cigarette factory at Mahalaxmi.

The required details are as follows. Accounts candidates also work who have work experience in logistic Knowledge of SAP, ERP to update the details in system & compliance & Documentation - Ensure all commercial activities comply with legal, tax, and excise requirements specific to tobacco products. Maintain records of authority letters, invoices, and trade schemes for audit. Coordinate with the legal team for licensing and statutory displays at outlets.

Key Responsibilities.

1) Commercial & Financial Controls

• Monitor factory-level P&L; and cost sheets

- Knowledge of SAP, ERP to update the details in system

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Control working capital, inventory, and vendor payments

- Inventory & Logistics Coordination - Liaise with factory and CFA for timely dispatch of goods.

- Compliance & Documentation - Ensure all commercial activities comply with legal, tax, and excise requirements specific to tobacco products. Maintain records of authority letters, invoices,



and trade schemes for audit. Coordinate with the legal team for licensing and statutory displays at outlets.
- 2) MIS & Reporting

• Prepare monthly MIS for management review

• Support management with financial data for decision-making

Qualification:- Graduate

Experience :- Minimum 2 Years experience
