G Square is looking for an Art Director to lead the visual direction of our brand and marketing campaigns. You will translate business objectives into compelling creative work that builds brand recognition, supports project launches and drives customer interest. This is a hands-on leadership role combining creative thinking, strong design skills and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop concepts and visual identities for brand campaigns, project launches and promotions.
- Lead creative execution across digital, social media, outdoor, print, video, events and on-site branding.
- Maintain brand consistency and review all creative work for design and production quality.
- Guide designers, provide constructive feedback and manage creative timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, digital and sales teams to deliver effective campaigns.
- Brief and direct agencies, photographers, production partners and freelancers.
- Art-direct shoots, videos and visualisations; oversee final artwork and production.




- Use campaign results and customer feedback to improve creative effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For
- A strong portfolio showcasing original concepts, integrated campaigns and quality execution.
- Experience in art direction, advertising or brand design, including leading creative projects or teams.
- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour and brand systems.
- Experience in Newspaper print & outdoor campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; AI skills
- Ability to present ideas clearly and connect creative decisions to business objectives.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience in real estate, architecture, lifestyle or related sectors.

Include two or three relevant projects outlining the brief, your contribution and final execution. A portfolio is required for consideration.
