Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Sales & Business Development
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth.
- Identify new business opportunities across lubricant manufacturers, blend plants, oil marketing companies, and specialty lubricant producers.
- Develop and implement product-specific sales strategies.
- Promote the company's full range of lubricant additives, packages, and value-added solutions.

- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Conduct regular visits, technical discussions, and business reviews with customers.
- Provide timely support on product selection, pricing, logistics, and supply planning.

- Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing developments.
- Share market insights with internal teams to support strategic planning.
- Identify upcoming demand drivers and industry shifts.





- Technical & Commercial Coordination
- Work closely with the technical services team to address customer trials, approvals, and technical queries.
- Coordinate with supply chain, customer service, and finance teams for seamless delivery and customer support.
- Assist in product qualification processes and manage documentation requirements.

- Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, visit reports, and customer databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical guidelines, and safety standards.

- Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years in lubricant additives, specialty chemicals, or related industrial sectors
- Knowledge of the metal working industry.
- Understanding of supply chain operations.
