Department: Sales – Field Work

Employment Type: Full Time | 100% Field Work

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 2–4 Years in Relevant Sales

Team Handling: Team handling experience preferred

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Monitor daily team performance and field activities.
- Assign and follow up on sales activities with team members.
- Develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and doctors.
- Visit hospitals, healthcare institutions, dealers and other relevant customers.
- Promote and sell company products.
- Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain sales and performance reports.
- Identify new market opportunities and support business growth.
- Follow up with customers and generate new business leads.

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

- Medical / Healthcare
- Surgical Products
- Pharmaceutical
- Medical Representative (MR)
- Hospital Furniture
- Healthcare-related Products

? Candidate Profile

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented and responsible sales professionals who are comfortable with field sales, customer visits and regular travel.

Candidates should have

- Good communication skills
- Strong customer-handling ability
- Sales & Business Development experience
- Target-oriented approach
- Team Management / Team Handling experience preferred
- Willingness to travel across Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh
