Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team as AR Callers. The selected candidates will receive comprehensive training on US healthcare processes, insurance claims, and Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in the US Healthcare BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on pending medical claims.
- Check claim status and identify reasons for claim delays or denials.
- Understand insurance payment processes and claim adjudication.
- Follow up with insurance representatives to resolve outstanding accounts receivable.
- Document call outcomes, insurance feedback, and claim updates accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.




- Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Maintain professional communication while interacting with US insurance representatives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable spoken English and active listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.
- Ability to learn new processes and adapt to a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, dedication, and willingness to work in a team.

Skills Required
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Basic MS Office and computer knowledge.
- Good listening and comprehension skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Confidence in handling telephone conversations.
- Willingness to learn US Healthcare RCM processes.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
