We are looking for experienced AR Callers to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate should have experience in AR Calling, Insurance Follow-up, and handling outstanding healthcare claims.
Candidates should have good communication skills and be comfortable working in a night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, and pending claims.
- Check claim status and identify reasons for payment delays.
- Handle insurance follow-ups and denial-related queries.
- Coordinate with insurance representatives to resolve claim issues.
- Maintain accurate records of AR follow-up activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding accounts receivable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 10 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Knowledge of AR Calling and Insurance Follow-up.
- Understanding of healthcare claim status and payment follow-up.
- Basic knowledge of Denial Management and claim resolution.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with prior US Healthcare AR Calling experience.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pattabiram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
